Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu organizes its academic programs across eight faculties, covering a wide range of disciplines from health sciences and engineering to social sciences, law, and Islamic studies. All programs hold active national accreditation, issued either by BAN-PT (the Indonesia national accreditation body) or by one of the recognized independent accreditation bodies (Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri) depending on the field of study.
Indonesia's accreditation system for higher education programs runs four tiers. A program with no active accreditation is listed as Not Accredited. Above that, programs are rated Good (Baik), Very Good (Baik Sekali), or Excellent (Unggul), with Excellent being the highest rating a program can receive. All programs at UMB currently hold an active accreditation rating.

International Program on English Education (IPEE)
IPEE is the international track within the English Language Education program at FKIP. All classes are delivered in English, and the curriculum is designed with a stronger international orientation than the regular track, including cross-cultural communication, global teaching methodologies, and comparative education perspectives. Students in IPEE have access to overseas internship opportunities and participate in various internationalization programs including student exchanges, joint academic events, and collaborative projects with UMB's partner universities abroad. Faculty teaching in IPEE hold specific qualifications in international education and have experience in global academic settings. Tuition and fees are the same as the regular class.
International Program on Communication Studies (IPCS)
IPCS runs as the international track within the Communication Studies program at FISIP. Instruction is conducted in English throughout, and the curriculum places particular emphasis on global media, intercultural communication, and international broadcasting contexts. Like IPEE, students in this program can pursue overseas internships and take part in UMB's wider internationalization agenda, from mobility programs to collaborative research with partner institutions. Teaching staff are specifically qualified for international-track delivery. Students pay the same fees as those in the regular Communication Studies class.
