UMB Expands International Collaboration with Student Mobility Program at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu

UMB sends four students to Universiti Malaysia Terengganu for the Inbound Industrial Mobility Program, strengthening global learning and collaboration

Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB) has once again demonstrated its commitment to expanding international partnerships by sending four students to participate in the Inbound Industrial Mobility Program at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), Malaysia, which will take place from 1–29 August 2026. This program represents a tangible implementation of the international collaboration between the two institutions, aimed at enhancing students' competencies through academic experiences, industrial exposure, and cross-cultural exchange on a global scale. The official send-off ceremony was attended by university leaders, lecturers, and members of the academic community as a symbol of UMB’s commitment to producing globally competitive graduates.

During the program at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, the students will engage in various academic activities, industrial visits, scientific discussions, and intercultural interactions designed to broaden their global perspectives and strengthen their professional skills. Through this opportunity, the participants are expected not only to gain valuable international learning experiences but also to serve as ambassadors of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu by promoting Indonesian culture, academic excellence, and the spirit of global collaboration. This initiative further reflects UMB’s commitment as a Global Connected University, dedicated to preparing adaptive, innovative, and globally competent graduates who are ready to thrive in the international workforce.
