The Darul Hadharah Virtual Pesantren Taiwan during Ramadan 1447 H / 2026 AD represents a meaningful international Islamic educational initiative designed to strengthen spiritual development, Qur’anic literacy, and intercultural Islamic brotherhood among participants across different countries. Conducted fully online from 18 February 2026 to 9 March 2026, this intensive Ramadan program reflects the growing integration of digital technology within contemporary Islamic education and international academic collaboration. Implemented as a 100% virtual program, the Darul Hadharah Virtual Pesantren provides an inclusive learning environment that enables participants to engage in religious and educational activities without geographical limitations. The program aims to facilitate comprehensive Islamic learning experiences throughout the holy month of Ramadan while fostering a strong sense of ukhuwah Islamiyah among students, lecturers, and participants from various cultural and educational backgrounds.

The activities of the program include short Islamic lectures (kultum), Qur’anic recitation improvement (tahsin), and various Islamic learning sessions delivered collaboratively by lecturers and designated speakers from both institutions on a rotational basis. Through these activities, participants are encouraged to deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings, improve their Qur’anic reading proficiency, and strengthen their spiritual awareness during Ramadan.

Furthermore, the Darul Hadharah Virtual Pesantren demonstrates the importance of international cooperation in promoting Islamic education in the digital era. By utilizing virtual platforms, the program successfully creates opportunities for cross-border interaction, intellectual exchange, and religious engagement among Muslim students and educators. This initiative not only enhances religious learning but also contributes to the development of global Islamic networks and intercultural understanding within the international academic community.
